Scientific Studies Says that the Over amount of nutrient causes several health problems. Science also says that Fruits are very good for health and they do not posses any cholesterol. Science categories the nutritional amount of humans/day. But a 500g of fruits give more amount nutrients than it allowed per day. But there is no side effects.
