HISTORY OF DISEASES FROM ANIMAL FOOD..

Food products from Animals are not safe. If we try it for some Vitamins, increase Health risk. History had some valuable messages to us.
The consumption of meat can cause a transmission of a number of
diseases from animals to humans.
The connection between infected animal and human illness is well established in the case of salmonella; an estimated one-third to one-half of all chicken meat marketed in the United States is contaminated with salmonella.
Only recently, however, have scientists begun to suspect that there is a similar connection between animal meat and human cancer, birth defects, mutations, and many other diseases in humans.
The rate of disease among chickens is so high that the Department of Labor has ranked the poultry industry as one of the most hazardous occupations.
20% of all cows are afflicted with a variety of cancer known as bovine leukemia virus (BLV).
Studies have increasingly linked BLV with HTLV-1, the first human retrovirus discovered to cause cancer.
Scientists have found that a bovine immunodeficiency virus (BIV), the equivalent of the AIDS virus in cows, can also infect human cells.
It is supposed that BIV may have a role in the development of a number of malignant or slow viruses in humans.
The proximity of animals in industrial-scale animal farming leads to an increased rate of disease transmission.
Transmission of animal influenza viruses to humans has been documented, but illness from such cases is rare compared to that caused by the now common human-adapted older influenza viruses, transferred from animals to humans in the more distant past.
The first documented case was in 1959, and in 1998, 18 new human cases of H5N1influenza were diagnosed, in which six people died.
In 1997 more cases of H5N1 avian influenza were found in chickens in Hong Kong.
Whether tuberculosis originated in cattle and was then transferred to humans, or diverged from a common ancestor infecting a different species, is currently unclear.
The strongest evidence for a domestic-animal origin exists for measles and pertussis, although the data do not exclude a non-domestic origin.
According to the 'Hunter Theory', the "simplest and most plausible explanation for the cross-species transmission" the AIDS virus was transmitted from a chimpanzee to a human when a bushmeat hunter was bitten or cut while hunting or butchering an animal.
Historian Norman Cantor suggests the Black Death might have been a combination of pandemics including a form of anthrax, a cattle murrain. He cites many forms of evidence including the fact that meat from infected cattle was known to have been sold in many rural English areas prior to the onset of the plague.

So Beware the Animal producing foods. They can make troubles in our life..

VEGETABLES CAN'T BRING VITAMIN B12..

Vegetables can not supply Vitamin B12 to our body. Deficient in Vitamin B12 lead to increased incidence of Osteoporosis and depression. The main sources of Vitamin B12 are meat, egg and dairy products. So is this made problem to Vegans?? Let’s find out.

Vitamin B 12
Human body can preserve stores of B12 for up to 30 years, and reuses the vitamin without destroying the substance. The bacteria named E.coli produces Vitamin B12 in all Herbivorous intestines including human. And soil containing Cobalt enhance the production of Vitamin B12 in our body [Annals of the New York Academy of Science (1964;112:735-55)]. Cooking may destroy the B12 found naturally in animal foods.
Summary
There are many ways that mostly, or completely, herbivorous animals can potentially obtain B12 which are not available to vegans living in Western society.
Ruminants
Cows are ruminants, as are bison, buffalo, goats, antelopes, sheep, deer, and giraffes. Ruminants have a four-chambered stomach and a rich supply of bacteria in their rumen (the first chamber that their food enters). Some of these bacteria produce B12 in amounts normally sufficient to meet their needs.
Primates
Non-human primates typically eat small amounts of eggs, insects, and small vertebrates and/or soil. Gorillas, possibly the closest to vegan of all the species closely related to humans, eat insects and sometimes feces.
Herbivores
Horses, elephants, zebras, rabbits, hares, and many rodents have large cecums in their digestive tracts, located between the small and large intestine where bacterial fermentation takes place. Some sources say that all non-ruminant herbivores require some B12 fortification of their feeds, but at least one source says that bacteria in a horse's digestive tract are able to produce enough B12 if there is enough cobalt in the diet.
Many wild herbivores, such as elephants, inadvertently ingest soil on a regular basis. Hares, rabbits, and some rodents eat their fecal pellets, which provide an opportunity to obtain vitamins produced by bacteria in their digestive tracts.
So Use little diary products twice a month for the better health..

CAN VEGETABLES MAKE COMPLETE NUTRITION ???

This is an important question, which make trouble to all vegetarians. Here we get the correct answer. The American Dietetic Association and Dietitians of Canada  have stated that at all stages of life, a properly planned vegetarian diet is “healthful, nutritionally adequate, and provides health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases”. Vegetarian diet offer lower levels of saturated fat, cholesterol and animal protein, and higher levels of carbohydrates, fibre, magnesium, potassium, folate, and antioxidants such as vitamins C and E and phytochemicals. Necessary nutrients, proteins, and amino acids for the body’s sustenance can be found in vegetables, grains and nuts. Vegetarian tend to have lower body mass index, lower levels of cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and less incidence of heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, renal disease, metabolic syndrome, dementias such as Alzheimer’s disease and other disorders. This is only a brief history. This page is not sufficient for the full explanation. So wait for the one by one information. Only for those who wants 2 live long....

Can Human Eat Every Food ???

Food is the structural basement of every organism. Without food no life will be there. Here we distinguish the right food of humans.
In early years, people believe that Humans are Omnivorous. That was on the basis of canines we have. But earlier studies show some interesting factors about our food categories.

Facts are bitter to swallow

Nobody in the world likes to die early, but that happen to them unfortunately. Some of the death factors may not be changeable, but most of them are due to our ignorance. If we realize the hidden (open, but hidden for human due ignorance) truth, we can make our life excellent. I will come to the point.
What are the essential parts of our life? I think your answers are these, Food, Water, Air, Residence, Clothing, etc.
Now I show you the priority.
The 4th place for Residence & Clothing (we can live even without it.)
The 3rd place for Water (It doesn’t irritate if we take the right food.)
The 2nd place is for Food (Our basement is on & in it.)
The 1st place is for Air (No life without it.)
If you want to live long, you first ensure good Air & Food. Others also take part with it.
Humans respires about 80000 a day. If bad air takes part in each respiration, lead to damage of cells and this lead damage to tissue and also the body.
Food is placed 2, but it can be taken to 1st at several instants. Science says Human is very much related to Monkey in several ways. Monkeys are mostly fruit eaters. Our digestive system is same as of vegetarians. The absence of sharpened nails and teeth justify the above statement. No one can imagine of eating non cooked flesh. So basically humans are vegetarians.
